A graphic design graduate, Tau Fei has over 20 years of extensive work experience in advertising agencies and design consultant firms. He is the co-founder of The Kern Design, and a lecturer at Dasein Academy of Art in Kuala Lumpur.
He founded Artsowers (2008) and co-founded Trilogue (2012), both aim to foster a conducive artistic community. He is also an organizer, curator, and featured artist both in Malaysia and International exhibitions. His works have garnered media attention; being featured in Malaysia, Taiwan, Korea, Hong Kong, and also been published in international design books.
His works won awards for International Posters in Ithaca, Greece, Creativity International Award in USA, and selected at Moscow Global Biennale of Graphic Design Golden Bee, Peru International Design Biennial, Malaysia UOB Painting of the Year, and Peru International Competition, "Posterists in the World.” His works have been exhibited in Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Indonesia, Spain, Peru, Russia, and Greece.
